Nutrigreen Alfalfa powder is high in chlorophyll and rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and vitamins E and K and in fact is up to 10 times richer in minerals than most cereals.

Because it is particularly abundant in natural fibre, it is a useful component in weight control diets as its high nutritional value and ability to expand in the stomach helps reduce appetite. Alfalfa can also be of benefit in aiding digestion.

Dosage
3 - 6 Capsules per day, on an empty stomach.
